Big Cheez Marketing provides smart website design, CRM pipeline setup, automated SMS and email follow-up workflows, and review generation tools for local service businesses. Subscription services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts required unless specified in a custom agreement.
3. User Responsibilities & Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all business details, phone numbers, email addresses, and offer claims provided to Big Cheez Marketing comply with local, state, and federal laws. Clients utilizing automated SMS follow-up tools agree to comply with all TCPA guidelines regarding customer consent.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to connect@bigcheezmarketing.com at least 5 business days prior to your next billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
All website designs, custom graphics, logo assets, and campaign workflows created specifically for your business remain your property upon payment completion. Big Cheez Marketing retains rights to proprietary software components and template frameworks.
